Location is perfect for the beach and old town and the bar area is chill with nice vibes. Room was comfy and clean, felt very welcomed by everyone!

But the food was kinda repetitive and not much variety every day. The evening entertainment could be better as it felt mostly aimed at spanish guests.

We liked the hotel, hot breakfast.

The service offered was excellent, the room was spotless and functional with constant hot water, shower, as for instance.

Simply no complaint, pleasant stay. Relaxing hotel with efficient service and magnificent location close enough to the Benidorm Palace, which was fab and seafront and the 'old town'. Warm breakfast with omelletes.

The hotel was very well located, near the beach, shops and bars. The food was very good and although we were only there for two nights the variety of food was excellent. The public areas were very nice and comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay there. We would have no hesitation in booking the hotel again.

Due to the laminated floor in the corridor,outside our room, we found the noise level i.e footsteps, to be quite noisy.

Just a commendable fit for a fleeting moment in Benidorm with reasonable value. The comfy beds helped me sleep well after long days out. Try to get a room away from the noisy entertainment areas to improve your stay.

The location is convenient as regards: The Staff were polite and helpful. The meals were good with a good selection. The beach and main shopping areas are conveniently near to the hotel.

A good quality hotel. It had room to accommodate 35 of us and was well located. The staff were good and we really enjoyed the trip

good worth of money. The hotel also gives us a ticket of a splendid show in Benidorm Palace, this show is really amazing. And the tickets also free of charge.

Great place with excellent wi-fi, a lovely bar area, and a great fitness centre. I remember during my first stay, the staff even helped me find my lost barrette! I highly recommend relaxing by the outdoor pool. I'll be back for a romantic escape.

A friendly hotel with good staff. There was plenty of good food and variety. It is in the ideal place to get the best out of what Benidorm has to offer. The rooms were very clean and spacious with pleasant bathrooms with plenty of hot water and clean towels..

We did not see in the website details that there was a 6 euro charge to use the indoor pool. I felt this was too high a price for such a small pool.

return visit(3).after 4 yrs or so.Love location,proximity to Old Town,beach,sea front and good cafes etc.Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful and atmosphere is welcoming and calm.Very well run. Great weather.Sought relaxation and found it.Will be back later in year and possibly Xmas/New Year.V good value

Mattress a bit hard for me and sitting up in bed to read somewhat uncomfortable.Umbrellas rather thin on ground in upper pool area
